Buvo labai karšta namelyje. Grindinis šildymas buvo sureguliuotas itin blogai. Nepadėjo atšaldyti namo net atidarytos lauko durys. Patiko erdvė didelė. Nepatiko garso izoliacija. Visas gyvenimas vyko tarsi viename kambaryje. Patiko malonios administratorės.

Nepatiko nes buvo labai karšta. Labai blogai sureguliuotas grindinis šildymas. Labai prasta garso izoliacija.Esant sntrame aukšte galima aiškiai girdėti kas kalbama pirmame aukšte.

"Pervertinta vieta"

Vieta pasaka.

Automobilį statyti turi labai toli ir per speigą eiti iki namelio 16, nors daugiau žmonių nei viename namelyje nebuvo. Nuo auto stovėjimo aikštelės iki namelių takas nenukastas. Namelio "Svetainės" grindys šaltos, šlepečių nėra, tako kloti ant grindų kaldras ir dekius, kad galima būtų be batų vaikščioti.
