I travelled here with my wife and two boys (9 and 11 years). Arriving here is an adventure on a maze of dirt tracks lined by humble dwellings. Tamalit Eco Farm is a working family farm run by two humble brothers Mohammed and Icham. Moroccans are known for their hospitality but these two will exceed your expectations! We took a tour around the palm groves with Mohammed who has a wealth of knowledge to share on the flora and fauna. He knows everyone. His views and morals are refreshing to hear, and we very much enjoyed sharing our views with him. Icham will explode your bellies with some tasty traditional food. He is a trained chef – and is extremely good at it! Both worked very hard to make our stay pleasant. They even arranged a special cake and live music as a surprise for my wife’s 40th birthday! We danced with them like they were old friends reunited. Thank you both SO much, we will see you again next year – inshallah!

It’s a little paradise with its cosy cabins and many areas to relax. The food is exceptional, dinner as well as breakfast, and served in a romantic atmosphere. Most of the food is from their own crops. The hosts are very friendly. They will even wash your clothes if needed.

There’s nothing to dislike, it’s just a little bit a challenge to get there (especially by bike).

The owner (Hicham) and his brother Mohammed are the most warm, loving people we have met. They contribute massively to the local community. Besides that, Hicham is an amazing cook and he cooks with organic products from his own farm and animals. Hicham has a lot of knowledge and gives amazing tours in the area.

I was traveling from Marrakesh to Merzuga with my husband and our 8 year old girl. We wanted to stay 3 nights somewhere in the middle of the route to absorb nature, explore the real Morroco and relax . Tamalit eco farme turned out to be much more than this. Such a beautiful place, gorgeous hand made bbungalows, little jaimas with sofas to chill everywhere, magic little spots we enjoyed and specially Nahia loved! The far m has many fruit trees, vegetable garden and goats Tabita n chickens we visited daily. The food prepared by Icham was the best we have eaten in all the holiday. The tahines, salda meats. Delicious varied breakfast all prepared with so much care and detail. Delicious fresh goats cheese too! Spaghettis included for fussy Nahia was a blessing. The portions were sooo generous too. We are so grateful. The best part is that Icham and his brother attended all our needs with joy and profesionality. We did many local activities with them. Walking your around the amazing palm grove and all the lil jasbahs. Pottery class with his cousin was so interesting in the village near by. Nahia got to ride a donkey through the palmyreees. They showed us how they made artisanal bread and they gave us a henna art session as courtesy too. His brother took us on secret walk in oasis and climbed a monta in to see a spectacular gorge. It was by far the best 3 days of the holiday. We came back after 3 days in the dessert to pick up our car and they received us like family with big hugs and blessings. Can’t recommend staying here more and enjoying all the activities this valley has to offer by the hand of this two generous and humble brothers. Great accommodation. Very kind and friendly welcome. Excellent food - a very delicious dinner in a cozy shelter, a great breakfast in a charming garden.

Eco Ferme felt like an oase within an oase. I almost never advise people to go to a certain hotel, but in this case I advised several travellers on my way to go to the Eco Ferme from Mohammed and Ishem. The little houses/bedrooms are very spacious and clean, and very nice decorated. The outside area is surrounded by a wall (with our small kid it felt very safe and easy), but at the same time it feels very spacious. It has a lot of nice hangout corners wich are all cosy, beautiful and clean. There is also an inside dinnerplace with fireplace, perfect for a chilly evening or morning. At the time we were there, my husband was ill, so we stayed a lot within the place. Mohammed was available the whole time. He took very good care of us in a very friendly and warm way. The food was great, at all times we felt really at ease, and our son Juul founded a new good friend in Mohammed :) The surrounding is also very nice to have a walk or go with the bicycle, and if you like Mohammed can guide you in the surroundings. Our stay at eco Ferme was great! This was definitely a unique experience for us. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. There are very beautiful places to relax in the farm and watch the stars at night. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. Regarding Mohammed is one of the kindest people we met in Morocco. He looked after everything. He took us on walking tour in the morning through the palmerie which was amazing and also suggested us an alternative route to Dades Gorge which was a highlight on our road trip (a bit adventurous!). Wish we could stay more days!

This farm was really fantastic! Both brothers were really friendly and helpful. The way to get there is not so easy, but the place is really great for relax. Everything was clear, dinner was fantastic and morning omolette also :-) I can only recomend to stay there. Unfortunattely we had only one night, but I hope in our next visit to Morocco we will stay there longer. Thank you for everything and hope to see you again! Michal

Maybe better signs to get there will be more heplful. Google maps doesn't work so well in this location. But follow the signs to Jardin de Skoura and after is it easy :-)
