The location and staff were perfect. Mohamed was amazing, but he needed some more help.

There was no hot water during our stay

I loved the location, the view of the desert, the comfort of the rooms, the attention of the staff.

Ther were a few items missing at check in (like soap), but the host quickly resolved them (he was traveling at the time). The WiFi did not work at all at the time.

Communication très facile pour organiser notre séjour (dîner et excursion vers l'Erg Chigaga). Personnel très serviable. L'endroit est vraiment agréable, très calme et bien situé pour découvrir la région. Les enfants on pu faire du surf sur les dunes et ils en garderont un excellent souvenir!

Douche froide et il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, même la nuit lorsqu'il fait pourtant frais dehors. Le ventilateur prêté a légèrement rafraichi l'atmosphère. Mais ces détails ne nous empêcheront pas d'y retourner si l'occasion se présente!

Beautiful camp area with mini dunes beside us. The room was perfect. There was one staff member called Mohammed who was incredible, he did everything to cater to our needs and cooked the most amazing meals, the best we had in Morocco. The owner was in contact over the phone and helped us arrange our trip to the Sahara dessert. Overall a great stay would recommend highly 👍

Nothing about the property that we didn’t expect just consider the time of the year that you travel, we found it really hot !

Sehr netter Empfang, wunderschönes kleines Häuschen, guter Wasserdruck und angenehme Betten. Auch das Abendessen war vorzüglich. Die Organisation unseres Ausfluges in die Wüste hat sehr gut geklappt und war ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis! Typisch marokkanisches Frühstück. Die Lage ist wirklich einzigartig direkt zwischen Palmen und Sanddünen.
