Lakeside Camping

The staff was nice and friendly. The van was clean and the view was amazing. Nice experience for this price.

There is no electricity in the van. Wi-Fi didn't work the second night. The first night was really cold so if the weather is cold and you don't have warm clothes/sleeping bag, you might not feel comfortable.

The owner even proposed us to leave some of our stuff we didn’t need in the trek at his place. Very nice from him !

Water a bit cold for the shower

very uncomfortable. I don’t understand why the kitchen needs to be closed for the whole day, people want to eat quickly and leave and end up having to wait until a hostel employee comes and opens the kitchen. I couldn't have breakfast here. staff are not always present at the hostel. The employees don’t know English, it’s difficult to interact if you don’t know Serbian. Not all rooms have sockets. They gave me a power bank, but sometimes they forgot to change it, which is why I was often left without a charge on my phone. It is better to indicate that there are no chargers in the rooms.

Nice place near the lake (but with no real access for bathing).

We're sent to another camping site and we're obliged to pay for a second caravan since a caravan with 3 beds was not available. For less money, at this period we could have rented a flat in the center of Plav.

Great hosts. It is a very beautiful place with a good vibe. A good place to stay at for nature lovers. The shared bathroom is basic, but it's a part of the experience. Good value for the money.

The caravan looked exactly as in the photos, simple, but cozy. It was right next to the lake so the view in the morning on the lake and mountains with the peaks in the mist was really magical, even when the weather was not good during our stay. The wifi worked perfectly, the toilet was outside (toi toi) but clean and not smelly at all. The shower was also outside, the water was warm. The owner was nice and helpful.

The parking is not right in the place, it is nearby on a safe place. We had problems to find the place, without data, but the local people helped us to communicate with the owner. Maybe the parking place should be written in the booking as a meeting place ;-)
