En general, tuvimos una buena experiencia. Habíamos solicitado el jacuzzi y nos hubiera gustado poder disfrutarlo al menos un día de los tres que estuvimos ya que fue parte de por que seleccionamos el lugar, pero lamentablemente no fue posible que por que no pudieron ir a limpiar. Una noche se fue la luz, algo ajeno al alojamiento, y por ello pasamos un poco de calor ya que no pudimos utilizar el aire acondicionado. A pesar de estos inconvenientes, la atención fue muy buena y siempre fueron amables con nosotros. Disfrutamos mucho de los masajes y la sesión de yoga, que fueron de nuestras actividades favoritas. El lugar es cómodo y agradable, por lo que en general quedamos satisfechos con nuestra estancia." ⭐⭐⭐⭐✨

Todo bien solo nos hubiera gustado el Jacuzzi.

El concepto y el ambiente bueno.

En general todo está bien, solo como observación limpiar los ventanales que no alcanza en la cabaña el personal de limpieza, en áreas comunes, poda de hojas y ramas secas de las palmeras y más cuidado en la limpieza de la parrilla. P.D. al abrir la regadera de agua caliente de la cabaña que me tocó vibra y con un ruido que puede llegar a generar malestar.

We liked the location

The photos online show a very updated and immaculate property. This is not what the pictures show online. Literally walking up to the property you can see how worn the front door is and damaged. The bathroom sink dripped all night. The shower dripped all night. The entrance to the property also was an issue because several times we could not close the door that goes to the road and we would return from our daily activity and the door was open. There are updates that need to happen to the property and make it more pleasing to the occupants that are renting the property. We were very disappointed.

Emplacement légèrement a l'écart du centre donc très calme qui était très appréciable, accueil par WhatsApp très réactif avec toutes les informations nécessaires pour l'entrée autonome dans le logement, le cadre avec piscine est très agréable. Possibilité de bruncher a 10min a pied pour le petit déjeuner, avec une réduction, et qui était très bon !

Un logement sur les 3 loués avait des difficultés d'accès à l'eau chaude (ce qui peut être courant mais non gênant au vu des temper extérieures)

Ein ausgesprochen geschmackvoll und willkommend eingerichtete kleine Anlage mit origineller Apartement-Eirichtung; Pool wunderbar und Außenanlage authentisch in üppiger Natur; ruhig gelegen und nur ein paar Meter vom Meer und von verschiedenen Restaurants; sehr nettes Team, und Gustavo hat super Tipps für den Ort; El Cuyo ist ein entspannter kleiner Ort, der alles hat, was man für einen Urlaub braucht; wer Mexiko am Meer ohne Overtourism sucht, findet es hier.

Wenngleich die Xtambaa-Cabins fein waren; heißt authentisch auch, die fehlende Müllentsorgung im Dorf täglich zu sehen. Aber das ist ja eher ein Problem, das nicht lokal oder regional begrenzt ist.
