RAI Lodges Bran - Predelut

I think the best thing about this accommodation is the location and view upon the mountains. The staff was communicative and helpful, when needed. At a first look, it seemed clean.

We chose a Deluxe Bungalow and we were offered the one in the lower part of the property, which is exposed to the afternoon sun fully. The temp inside was 30 degrees in the afternoon and we could also not be on the terrace, since there was no cover from the sun. The owner offered us a fan when we requested. However, we did not get to use it, because the same day (second day of our stay) i realized i had been bit by bedbugs thr night before and at a closer inspection I even discovered bedbugs under the matress. So i would definitely not recommend the place. For me, bedbugs are the worse thing i could find at an accommodation, particularly because of the risk of bringing them back home. As extra things : the place seems done with cheap materials and not carefully (my husband was left with the power socket in his hand after unplugging the phone charger), the space is small and cramped.

Great location, in the middle of the nature, very nice designed and spacious enough for 6 persons (4 adults and 2 children)

Nosy guests in the lodge across, they played music at the loudspeaker. We asked them to reduce the volume and also ask for the the host to announce them they are bothering, but after 5 minutes the volume was again increasing...no way to enjoy the nature or the silence of the place.

Very nice,awesome and relaxing location. Everything was perfect,i recommend everyone this place.
