Location was great , right beside lake

Rooms wall had moll and fungus, all wet and dirty Bad smell was coming constantly which didn’t go till check out Bed and pillow were hard and towels not clean

The Place holds really serene and beautiful views and give you a Peaceful vibe from buzzy bustling city just 3 hours cab ride from Mumbai , one should really go for it if looking for peace and quality time with friends or family.

Minus points for electricity cut out and internet drops which can be seen all Day apart from this the place is located in high hills so the public transport can be a Hasel to book to reach nearby railway station or highways but the hotel staff can help you with same so overall the stay will be worth

Beautiful Views, But Needs Improvement The resort offers stunning views of mountain ranges and a peaceful lakefront, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the cool breeze. However, the infrastructure is lacking — the swimming pool is poorly maintained, the AC is outdated, and the water pressure is too low for basic hygiene. Frequent power cuts were also a downside, and it’s unclear why the management hasn’t upgraded the generators for a more stable experience. I’m giving 4 stars MAINLY DUE to the excellent service from Prakash and his team, who provided tasty meals and great room service. Without their hospitality, this would easily be a 3-star experience, especially given the price.

You need to improvise your canteen facility, when people travel from place like Central Mumbai spending 4 hours time and 160 kms, they need some recreation, you need to provide atleast MILS DRINKS in canteen at your price.
