The outside was beautiful.

The chalet was unfortunately not clean. There was dust under the beds, dirty floors, and spider webs everywhere. The shower drain did not work properly, and when it did drain, the water flowed outside near the braai area, which is very unhygienic. We were given only two very small pots, which is not practical for a family of four. There is also a river you need to cross to reach the chalet, so if you are driving a small car, please be cautious. It looks like this place used to have many activities in the past, such as pool tables, bars, and golfing, but none of these facilities are operational anymore. The shops are far away, so make sure you bring everything you need with you. Due to the insects, insect repellent is a must, otherwise you may struggle to sleep.There is also a very persistent donkey on the property. Make sure to keep your doors closed, as she can enter the chalet, go through bins, and eat food left outside unattended. She will follow you everywhere - she’s cute, but can become very annoying.

The photos posted is definitely not what is on the premises. Everything is broken down and damaged. The room is filthy, cutlery and crockery was not washed, no broom or mop to sweep out. This was false advertising and unethical.will never go back

It was an amazing stay. Love the bushveld getaway.. had so much fun, pools, surrounding and everything was amazing and the animals was adorable especially Heidi (Donkey).. our grandkids just love her💖

Bed was very uncomfortable.

None of the rooms had two-pin plugs. Bring your own

Nothing at all I don't like the place at all, the manager is very rude. The place was dust and no towels and the toilet paper were bad and spiders is like they did not clean for ages
