The location is fine, the caravan was in a pretty spot. The caravan is clearly looked after, but I would say I suspect after a busy summer in need of some TLC. There was a slight lingering smell of dogs/animals despite the cleaners clearly doing a through cleaning job. Caravan is well equipped and a good size. We all slept well. Site itself clean and tidy with the exception of the children's play area.

Slight smell of animals. We had planned to use some of the site facilities like the swimming pool however we were there for one night and you can only purchase a week pass to use the facilities which while good value for a weeks stay would not be good for one nights stay.

Beautufil big window giving much sunlight. Dark and very quiet nights allowing a proper sleep time. Kitchen well equipped so basic cooking was not a trouble.

It is pet friendly which is fantastic but the smell was excessive especially in bed and in the living area where the carpet had been cleaned prior to our arrival 👍 but not dried 👎🏼

all basic facilities there, nice fluffy blankets, card games, quiet spot up the hill

dog smell, perfumed air “freshener “, door didn’t shut easily, very soft springy single beds, some blinds not fully working , up a steep hill from the seafront. Owner offered to sort blinds/ smell issues but we were only there 2 nights.

I really like the camp. Actually I like that our mobile house was on a hill, its a great place with children. Beach was really close by walk, also I recommend to visit Ynyslas Beach and Aberytswyth.

I prefer if we could check in little bit earlier than 5pm.

2x toilets clean.

Smell was horrendous. We have a dog and know dogs can leave a whiff but this was ingrained in carpets and furnishings. The settee was covered with old blankets with holes in and stains. The fridge-you couldnt stand bottles up as no shelf in door. The freezer was thick with ice, dirty and had broken shelves. The blinds in kitchen were thick with dust and grime. The oven pilot light kept going out so you had to hold the already melted dial to check it go out. Toothbrush holder filthy- i washed it to check. Half empty carton of milk left in fridge. Dirty childs clothes left in cupboard above in bed2 as well as dirty socks left under bed. Marks all over walls. Rust marks on floor and all round where screws eroded. A wet patch on carpet near bathroom that never went (not the dog) followed by the floor sinking about a foot into kitchen - a leak from shower maybe?. Decking scruffy and uneven. Windows were dirty. A handle did break off whilst we were there and we did report it but no reply. Had the outside storage cupboard banging all night 1st night. Didn't realise til morning. Sounded like it was thunder or explosions. We had a power cut on the last evening and did phone the owner but no reply but luckily Park Dean were brilliant at getting it fixed and ensuring we were updated. Really disappointed. Don't normally like to leave negative reviews but don't want others to be disappointed too. I texted owner to say were werent happy but no reply hence the feedback. It looked good on the surface but looks are definitely deceiving. Have photos to compare. Needs lots of TLC. Sorry. Worst one ever.

A lovely spacious, clean, comfy caravan. Fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Great customer service from owner. Couldn't fault it at all :)
