The atmosphere, the location, the beautiful paintings in the walls. Very valuable for money. You feel you are in a tiny village, everyone has its own protected space - I felt my room was a tiny house- and beautiful meetings happen in the common areas. There is a Spanish week every year I was pretty happy to participate as a "teacher" Staff is available and happy to help you when needed. Thanks HASSAN! :D

Shared bathrooms weren't clean at all, and the showers at the girls bathroom had little water.

the horrible little owner who tried to scare and intimidate me out of money. His tactic is that don’t pay a night on time so he can fine you $30 for breaking his rule. This is a very big problem he told me over and over. This was all via WhatsApp, as he was too cowardly to show his face. be careful. I had to leave my windsurfing lesson and check out as I didn’t want to deal with the hassle he was going to cause.

the location was in the middle of the Main Street and near to the sea around 10 mins walking and they have hot water in the shower

dirty, nasty, rude receptionist always high and drunk almost all the day

The staff Hassan is welcoming and fun, in the heart of everything (top location), , very friendly and comfortable, they have a small gym too
