The site was well situated between Skegness and Ingoldmells. The kids loved it ans there were plenty of places ro eat

The caravan was lovely and in a picturesque position next to the lakeside

The location of this caravan is amazing

Veranda was all broken reported on arrival, still was not fixed when leaving, lucky we didn’t have a dog or very young children as this would of been an problem. The kitchen was filthy, curry in microwave, cooker was disgusting, all pots and pans and cutlery needed cleaning before using . Spent first hr of holiday cleaning and vacuuming. Windows we’re covered in marks and I had to clean all the mirrors too . I expected the van to have been cleaned before our arrival but it clearly wasn’t . Noticed on day 2 that the sofa was broken so reported that to Tony. Such a shame if only a bit of TLC was shown to this caravan it would be fantastic. A deep clean is definitely recommended.

Quiet location on site Caravan was modern and just like pictured. Nice touches like washing up liquid and soap.
