Lots of nature and animals, nice welcome by the host. Good location and easy access from Teplice.

The caravans are simply a disaster. Old, dirty and feels like forgotten caravans (my wife tried to clean it but after 40min she gave up). The host have a heart for animals and nature but has little knowledge about offering accommodation. Other reviews tell you not to expect 5* hotel. In my opinion you should not even expect 2* hotel standards here. You are much better to set a tent on the farm than stay in the caravan. When we booked this place we were ready for some adventure but we were deeply disappointed. In 20 years of traveling this is the first time when I had to pack my bags and leave. I tried to contact the host on several occasion to resolve the issue and simply talk about it (we have booked 3 nights here). Unfortunately despite contacting him directly and via booking.com he ignored us. If you don't believe me just go and check it yourself before booking - then you will understand where I am coming from. Pictures on the add seem nice but they did not come from the caravan we had.

Very authentic and nice accomodation on a farm. The owners were extremely welcoming and nice. We came a bit late and and were cold, so they made us some nice warm tea and showed us around the farm. The scenery and the river right next to the caravan are very nice. You can also get horse riding lessons. We stayed only for one night, but next time we definitely have to stay longer :)

If you love nature and animals, you'll be in paradise here. This place is home to beautiful horses, sheep, chickens, dogs, cats, goats, and alpaca, an ostrich and some incredible parrots, and you can feed and interact with the animals then fall asleep to the sound of the river. The owners, Ismail and Carolina, are the friendliest couple you'll ever meet. An incredible experience!
