It was in an amazing location, very clean & very comfortable , had everything you needed even down to lovely fresh towels, tea/coffee/sugar provided and a vase off beautiful fresh flowers just perfect

The site was really pretty and good for walking the dogs around the lake. The caravan was a little tired however was clean and comfortable. Value for money. Other caravans had decking and maybe more modern but were twice the price!.

The bathroom and kitchen windows did not open. No usable frying pan. No collander Bad tv reception

Good ,basic caravan accomodation, budget friendly, in a relatively good location with easy access to motorway. We just needed some space to rest overnight as we were travelling during the day time and it served the purpose well.

Some extra linen or bedding would have been helpful especially with kids and family. It had basic stuff needed.

Good value for money. Good shower. Well appointed (could do with a bread knife though!) The seat cushions really need a deep clean or fitted covers added

All was good lots of extras in the caravan. Would have benefited from WiFi as tv reception was not good.

The location was lovely, a nice quiet site. The caravan had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, shower was good.

Although the van was clean the seating needs a deep clean, it was very stained and smelt of dogs (I had to buy a plug in air freshener)it is also in need of repairs/TLC we couldn't sit on the seat that turned into the sofa bed as it kept collapsing and the front fell off. The tv reception was very poor and there was only a handful of channels available. 2 out of the 4 lights in the main living/kitchen area didn't work. The varnish on the doors is peeling. Although this didn't spoil the break it was disappointing

we arrived on a wet cold February day, there was no heating on in the caravan, all the towels and the bed and bedding felt very damp and cold, they had not been aired, perhaps the caravan had been empty for a while before we stopped. The bedding felt so damp and cold we ended up sleeping on the sofa in our clothes the 1st night. the second night was ok, we put everything on the radiators and kept the heating on in the bedroom all day. The boiler gas safe certificate ran out over 7 months ago, all rented properties should have the gas safe check done annually in the UK if i'm not mistaken. the toaster did not work. i'm sure on a summers day the caravan would be lovely. very busy road by the side of the caravan site, not pleasant to take your dog for a walk down it.
