The setting. Plus the host was an excellent communicator and very obliging and helpful.

I was disappointed at the cost of using the swimming pool. Very expensive if you just make one

Great location, easy access to the lake district and Arnside Caravan had everything you need to self catering, appreciated linens and towels being included Easy access instructions were sent

Bed could have been firmer Bit of a dog smell inside the caravan

Cosy, loved the fire. The place has everything we needed and more. Hot showers also! Extra bonus was lots of finches and birds on bird feeder outside before on window which we loved!!

"Lovely Van,Comfy,warm and well equipped with nice little touches everywhere"

Spacious and well equipped.Tea,Coffee and Sugar,Washing up items in Van.Salt,Pepper etc.

No instructions on TV DVD player,couldn’t watch a film on Saturday because TV was suffering some sort of bad interference.

Nice little site, we spent Christmas with family there as it was a central point to meet up, well equipped, plenty of seating, warm with good shower and comfy beds in rooms. Would be a good place for visiting attractions nearby. Very good value for money

Just the lack of blind on the bathroom window, and could do with a new microwave, otherwise it was good.
