Very comfy bed. Room looks, feels and smells clean. Very cozy, perfect for relaxation. Quiet peaceful place.

Not all meals are worth it. Dinner was great. Breakfast is fine but can be improved.

"Highly Recommended Pet Friendly Resort!"

I was particularly impressed with the resort’s staff, especially the housekeeping and restaurant teams. The housekeeping staff are very attentive, consistently greet guests, and respond promptly to any requests for assistance. Food at the restaurant also improved compared from our last year's stay. And most of all, i love that it's PET FRIENDLY! Kudos!

Reception staff could be more warm and welcoming, since they are the front line of the resort. AC at bamboo king casita needs cleaning perhaps, it's not that cold, AC temp was set at 20 degrees, but actual temperature is only around 26 degrees.

"I dont know if we will go back again."

The beach is wonderful.

The staff in the restaurant — she does not take my request seriously that we are Muslims and we do not eat pork. As in previous experiences in this resort, breakfast mostly serves pork or pork-ingredients so I told the staff the moment we arrived that we dont eat pork. Shes just smiling then and true enough we only ate dried fish ang dry hotdogs during breakfast as she did not tell the cook ahead. Too late when she asked the kitchen to prepare and late in our dining, we were given vegetables fried in flour which is tasteless. We felt taken for granted.
