Property was fine . Booking it was a nightmare.

We love the location. Very clean and updated Bamboo casita with glass sliding door, glass windows and air condition. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff.

The food. I think you should change your concept of a fix price per person per day. We prefer breakfast included in the price of the room (casitas) and pay for the lunch and dinner of our choice from the menu instead of buffé.

Virgin Beach Resort lives up to its name…just pure unadulterated nature with the comfort of modern living. Surroundings are clean and quiet with the gentle lapping of the waves as your white noise. The staff offers world-class hospitality. Their buffet meals have so much variety and quite impressive. Definitely an A class resort!

For people with mobility issues, navigating the different areas of the resort is quite a challenge. We were there with my dad who requires a wheelchair and a walker to get around. He didn’t really get to enjoy much since it was too much for him to go from the cottage to a cabana or to the open air dining hall without having to be almost carried by my two brothers each time. There are no wheelchair paths or there is no pathway for a wheelchair or walker for easier access to anywhere in the resort. This piece of information was not provided to us or mentioned anywhere in their website.

Location was good.

Massage bed was not available. Food was just okay.
