Virgin Beach Resort

The premises are beautiful, a calm, relaxing place close to the beach, perfect for unwinding.

However, considering the price of the stay, the service did not meet expectations. Our room was not cleaned, and we were later told that we needed to call and request housekeeping, which is unusual for a hotel. We also attempted to book a snorkeling activity, but they could not accommodate our group of three unless we paid for the full 10-person tour, which felt unreasonable. Additionally, the mandatory meal charge felt quite strict. The food is decent but not exceptional, and being required to eat all three meals there or forfeit the credit seems excessive. Overall, the property itself is charming and visually appealing, but the service needs improvement, especially given the value for money.

Crusty towels, thin old linens, sticky floors, sewage smell coming out of toilet from louver-window 3, staff clearly not happy to serve us (my sister was asking for omelette and pancakes) at 9:45 am (breakfast service was ending)

Swimming pool not enough .

It’s clean, not so crowded, staff are friendly and courteous, i love the bamboo king casita we stayed at, it’s lovely! We will definitely come back next time :) One more thing, i love that they are pet friendly! My furbabies are so happy, they enjoyed swimming at the beach and even staying at our bamboo balcony. It’s thoughtful that they have pet grooming station provided with bath essentials like shampoo & blower.

Food choices can be improved. I was hoping for some seafoods like prawns, crabs or anything like that but they are more on meat like chicken, pork & beef. Desserts are good though, in fairness.

There was so much effort to ensure the grounds were kept clean and orderly. Staff were polite and courteous. Hydration stations easily accessible. Delicious meals. The perfect place to get close to the sea and get lost in nature.
