Lovely location overlooking a lake. Very clean caravan. Lots of books to read at the property. The owner kindly agreed to let us check out later which was great!

No bath mats. We had to bring our own towels but that was specified in the instructions.

"Relaxing break between Christmas & New year in a lovely part of Lancashire."

It was warm, comfortable and suitable for a short break.

A clearer/better description for the facilities would have been beneficial, as we assumed the double bedroom en-suite would have a shower. We struggled with one shower between 5 people.

Lovely well equipped caravan. Netflix was an unexpected bonus.

The site was right next to the M6, and although you couldn’t see it, it was very loud. As I don’t live near a busy road, it was very noticeable for me.
