The caravan was exceptionally clean and well stocked. Lovely to see real bedding like at home, not the generic hotel whites. The owners were very attententive and checked we had managed to check in ok and fot everything we needed. Great location on site and also great base for venturing to Arnside, Silverdale and Windermere.

The property itself was lovely, very cosy, welcoming.

I was unsure about the amenities as they aren’t actually in the same destination as the caravan. It was a little sketchy walking up the busy road with 3 children. I do not feel it would be an issue with less children, no children. The amenities are lovely! The site where the caravan is based is very peaceful.

The caravan was perfect everything was there what we needed. We took our two dogs with us and they settled in well. The site was very peaceful and that's what we liked. Our daughter and family stayed on the site and it was great for them as they have a 2yr old son. The location was good, short driving distance to some great days out for families. We walked to the Southlake leisure, which was a sort walk over the road most evenings to the pub. The food was great. Just let people know they only serve food from Wednesday to Sunday. There is a small beach at the side of the pub and our grandson loved it. We will definitely be visiting again.

I can't think of anything what we didn't like about out stay. We had fantastic weather. We did take a fan with us to cool the caravan and we also took cooling matts for the dogs.

We felt straight at home. The place is very cosy and comfortable. Overall very clean and tidy. The view and the placement is really good. We will be coming back.

when we arrived the check in was easy ,the accomadation was spotless very clean and warm our rooms were above expectation ,we made good use of the cooker several times ,a few minutes walk away was south lakes holiday village where the local resturant /pub served cracking meals overall a brilliant few days away for the end of the year the host were very friendly as well ,just a couple of minutes off the m6 motorway in easy reach of lancaster centre 20 mins by car also kendall was less than half an hour away
