Tout était parfait que ça soit : - la réactivité des réponses - arranger les tentes - arranger les menus pour les enfants et allergies - la propreté - la transparence des prix - les transferts en 4x4 - la balade en dromadaire - l’accueil - tout le personnel - les équipements - l’emplacement - la nourriture - les musiciens Bref TOUT.

Un havre de paix, le calme et le sérénité du lieu, le bivouac ressemble exactement aux photos, les chambres sont grandes et confortables, le repas et le feu de camp étaient super

El campamento se encuentra rodeado de dunas. No son dunas muy altas pero sí lo suficiente para hacerte una idea de como es el desierto. El personal muy amable y la comida muy buena. Te vienen a buscar a M'hamid con coste aparte.

Accolglienza, la disponibilta e l'atmosfera: Ci sono venuti a prendere all'orario concordato e ci hanno portato con 4x4 presso la struttura ( la nostra macchina a noleggio ovviamente non c'è l'avrebbe mai fatta), tea di benvenuto, possibilità di fare una passeggiata e muoverci liberamente tra le dune; purtroppo c'era un bel po di vento per cui la sera non hanno potuto accendere i fuochi, ma in atmosfera intima ( eravamo in 4 ospiti per quella sera) abbiamo cenato e suonato ; la mattina dopo l'alba in silenzio, una buona colazione è stato tempo di ripartire; ci hanno riaccompagnato all'auto quando abbiamo voluto,

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Camp. Es liegt mitten in den Dünen, es war extrem ruhig und entspannend. Am späten Nachmittag waren wir sandboarden, was sehr lustig war. Am Abend gab es sehr leckeres Tajine. Dann gab es Lagerfeuer und Gesang.. Nachts ein atemberaubender Himmel. Das Zelt war sauber und komfortabel. Ahmed und sein Team sehr zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Die Wüste ist magisch.. Gerne wieder!

We had an unforgettable stay at Bivouac Luna, guided by the kind and soft-spoken Ahmed into the Erg Chigaga dunes. As a family of four American adults who have traveled and lived abroad, this was easily a top 3 experience for us. Despite the extreme heat, Ahmed’s hospitality and calm presence made us feel completely comfortable and at home. From the camel ride through the golden dunes to a peaceful night under the stars (they even pulled our beds outside so we could sleep in the open air), every detail felt thoughtful and genuine. The food was delicious, the atmosphere welcoming, and even in the most remote setting, we felt cared for. We also swam in a nearby pool, relaxed in the shade, and stayed up late watching the stars and Milky Way stretch across the sky. Ahmed speaks Berber, French, English, and Spanish, and his assistant and cook, Zacharia, added warmth and humor to the experience. Bivouac Luna is a smaller, more personal camp—and far more affordable than others we considered—but the richness of the experience far exceeded expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something real, peaceful, and truly memorable in the Sahara.

It was mid June so extremely hot - we are the last group he will host until September.

Everything. Dinner was exceptional. Best experience we had during our travel in Morocco.

Ahmed is a good communicator and organizer, everything went according to plans. Dunes at the camp are wonderful, kids loved playing with sand. Camel ride to the camp was nice. Food at the camp was amazing and staff was super kind! The whole experience was affordable and good value for the money.
