Clean, new, tidy, closed to the town centre, prices are affordable.

Very short check in time. We checked in and was told that the heating should work with a control. We dropped our bags and came to town and back in the evening, and found out that there was no heating as there was no gas. Nobody was there and we (with kids) suffered the whole night in a place like a fridge, no hot water, no shower as the whole system works with gas. The next morning the man changed the 2 gas bottles and since then we got heating. We were explained that no ones know whether there is enough gas or not, as there is no measure systerm fot that. So make sure there is enough gas during your stay !!!
