Jabba, The Hut

It’s perfect after a busy day at work. Beautiful views of the countryside and gorgeous farm animals everywhere. I love it as I am left totally alone and know I can contact the owner if I need anything.

Now I know how to work the underfloor heating there is nothing I don’t like.

Beautiful and peaceful location. Comfortable acommodation. Communicative and helpful owner. Indoor fire place and outdoor bonfire one. Best short break ever.

Quiet, cosy, peaceful and cute hut. Very appropriately decorated with nice touches and gorgeous chairs. Lots of light from the many windows. Great to have a breakfast bar looking out over the fields and a tv. Cosy bed and nice warm bathroom.

Very difficult to find after dark as instructions were not clear enough

It’s in a perfect location! Quiet, private and lovely views. It’s also very cute with everything you need!

Could have been cleaner. Shower, toilet and kitchen sink needed a good scrub.

I messaged the owner through Booking before we arrived and had no reply. I then messaged the mobile number provided when we were there and also had no reply. A few broken bits - stool, candles and top of towel rack. Instructions on how to get there were hard to follow. A sign on the gate and top of the drive would be a simple fix. No way to get out of gate if walking.

Bed was super comfortable. It was lovely and quiet. Loved seeing the animals, brought back childhood memories. Although the appliances were technical, the instructions were on hand. Highly recommend staying here!

A few things needed fixing but the staff responded quickly.

The location was incredible. The farm is close by behind you so it’s not totally remote but not overlooked at all apart from the nosey cows 😂😂 it’s a bit of a drive on single track lanes from St cross but plenty of passing spaces. No potholes. Extremely well equipped I worked the microwave by reading a previous review. Easy when you read that one. The bed was so comfy and the shower was perfect.

They could do with a fan in hot weather so I brought my own the next stay but apart from that it was perfect.
