The stuff is very friendly The Bungalows are between palms and it is created all very sweet. The beach is nice.

They promot everyday on Insta like as there are people. I arrived and nobody was there. They said the season starts in 15 days. Why you don't close is till that. The food was very expensive. 10 Euro for lunch and 15 Euro for Dinner. You need a Shuttle to go to the lagoon. They don't sell there food .

best property in Kalpitiya, maybe in entire Sri Lanka. great value for money, very comfortable, the staff is very professional and helpful. They also have a few kayaks and SUPs for their guests to use, for free! Also, they are right at the lagoon so one can easily paddle to the village as well as the ocean. Food was awesome as expected.

The team is very friendly and accommodating. They have created a very welcoming environment where every guest could sit together and socialize. Pleanty of activities to do if not a wind surfer/ surfer too. The homemade decorations give a distinctive experience. Loved the place and the people!!

Our bangalow was not Airconditioned and it was difficult to stay during the hot days without wind. Also the buffet for dinner and lunch was pricy if booked at the hotel and not in advance.

no major issues

It feels like you are on a campsite in France but when you look around, you see beautiful wooden huts and coconut trees everywhere. The common areas are really nice and plenty of it. The vibe is also really great and sociable. Especially if you are a kitesurfer this is paradise! But when you are not (really), as we were, this place also has a lot of nice activities and beach to offer!!

The price of food and drinks is a little expensive compared to other places in Sri Lanka.

The location is very beautiful. Quiet. It does not compare to many resorts in the south.

The room was a bit "dusty". We also had 2 geckos. There is only cold water in the bathroom. There are no windows. If you don't like cockroaches, you can expect to meet them. You can only eat at the location. The food is good, but overrated. The internet was not very good

Amazing food and kite straight off the beach. Probably the best social life of all resorts here.
