Nothing at all

The “welcoming” was a joke—completely unprofessional and rude. They flat-out refused to accept us with our pets, even though the listing clearly states they’re pet-friendly. Total bait-and-switch. The room was a disaster—barely any basic amenities like blankets or proper heating. When you’re in the mountains, that’s unforgivable. It’s insanely far from Akchour—about 7km. Be ready to waste your time either walking or driving. The staff were a complete disgrace—drinking alcohol, smoking illegal substances, and partying all night long. If you’re traveling with your family or expect any peace, RUN from this place. It’s not even close to what it advertises. Avoid this place at all costs.

From a climbers perspective; this was a really nice place to stay. It's simple but everything was sufficient. The food was really nice, fresh and quite cheap. Very affordable stay. Stunning location!

Shower wasn't draining well, this could be fixed. The shower itself was nice and warm.

I wish the bathrooms had soap and that there were towels provided for the showers.

The location is beautiful and had a panoramic view of the mountains. I made it very late and they were very accommodating. The personnel were very friendly.

Nice view and good breakfast that's all they offer,

We were hoping to have a calm weekend in the mountains and have nice sleep, we end up having the worst nights, a bunch of men speaking, smoking and laughing untill 3 am and music played from a phone the whole night, then someone kept watching something in the early morning , the shared bathrooms were dirty and not cleaned everyday.

The breakfast is amazing yet basic. People who work there are very nice. I was there to visit the mountains of Akchour and I had a car, which was about 8 minutes drive

Don’t expect much to not be disappointed. It’s a good place to crash.
