Hotel muy completo!! Muy buena ubicación! Con actividades bien programadas, un lobby espectacular, limpio. El personal un 7, muy buena experiencia con el equipo de guest Service. Al reservar por Booking.com te tratan de una manera especial, hasta te dan baldes para los niños y otras sorpresa. Quiero destacar a: Óscar Any liriano Quercy Yeyka Bladimir de guest Service María de guest Service Felipe demovil Ellos nos hicieron todo muy grato!! Además l cadena Melia tiene un parque de diversiones nocturno para niños muuuy entretenido, con carrusel, mini golf, shows, etc!!

Lo único que le mejoraría es la oferta de comidas! Cada restoran tiene poca variedad.

Todo muy limpio. El personal muy formal, las comidas y bebidas muy ricas.

Algunas piscinas que parecían tener jacuzzi ya no funcionaba. El sillón sofá cama de la habitación no era funcional estaba malo.

El personal es muy amigable y servicial.

Nunca funcionó la caja de seguridad, lo reporte me visitó el cerrajero y me cambiaron 2 ó 3 veces la tarjeta. Nunca funcionó en 7 días. Me cambiaron de cuarto y el nuevo no tenía cable la programación de la TV sólo canales locales.

Las atracciones y el restaurante Mexicano, no se pueden ir sin comer ahí, personal amable

La playa tenía mucho zargazo, tampoco me gustó el buffet libre, no me gustó el restaurante dominicano, creo que al hacer el check in deberían dar más información de las actividades que puedes disfrutar. Por el resto todo bien
