The Oaks Luxury Lodges

The Oaks was the prefect break for us as a family. We had everything we needed on site and had such a relaxing and worthwhile break! I would highly recommend. Albert was an exceptional host who was very friendly and always checking we had everything we needed.

Absolute brilliant stay, I went on my own with my two kids 3 & 5 years, kids enjoyed every minute of being there with the unlimited access to the hot tub. The walks are beautiful.

Everything. Hosts were around if you needed anything but weren't intrusive. Welcome complimentary pack on arrival. You could do as little or as much as you liked. Loved the communal fire pit. Hot tub and ice bath a nice extra, used a number of times. Across the road from an adventure activity centre that we took advantage of before going straight back in the hot tub. Evenings spent in front of the telly, as the weather was indifferent in the evening's, which we didn't mind, as our days were busy.

Limited cooking facilities, which is probably the only negative. But a bbq was available to use to the side of our lodge, which is obviously weather depending. This meant not much homemade cooking, but if we visit again, we will be more prepared as we now know what to expect. Plenty takeaway establishments actually delivered to there, so that was a plus.

We had the most amazing few days stay visiting family close by. From the booking to check out Albert, made sure we had everything we needed. The lodges are fantastic, so comfortable, with everything you want to hand. The surrounding area is so beautiful, we need to come back to explore more.

Would have liked the two cabins to be connected. But does not stop you loving the place

Absolutely stunning location. Just what was needed, a wee relaxing pamper night. We all loved it. Kids even gave the ice bath ago! Albert is a great host! Good communication & there if you need anything. Hot tub was fab & we loved it all lit up at night time.

We needed another night! Will deffo be back.
