Wadi Rum Sky Tours & Camp

From the friendly and humorous staff to the breathtaking scenery and excellent facilities, this was truly an exceptional experience! Even though our schedule was tight, the guide was very helpful and managed to give us a tour around before sunset. We had great traditional and filling meals and spent the night in warm tents sheltered from the elements. 10s across the board, the photos don't do it justice.

The location was great, the place was clean and comfortable. Also the view was amazing and Suleyman was an excellent host.

I liked everything

Our overall experience was so pleasant, that we felt the need to give a detailed review - excuse us that it turned out long. But we separated the points, so you can go directly to what interests you. We spent two nights at the camp, so the choice of camp was important to us and we believe we were lucky to have found Suleimans camp. A Personal Touch: The land where the camp stands has been in Suleiman's family for generations, and you can feel the personal value it holds for him. The camp is a family business, and hospitality is at the forefront, not money or exploiting customers. Friendliness: Suleiman and the other staff members (including the cat Abbas) at the camp were incredibly kind and genuine. They didn't engage in small talk for the sake of it but showed real curiosity in getting to know us. They value personal connections, and you never feel like just another customer. It felt more like we were connecting on a personal level rather than just a business transaction. At the same time, they were respectful of our need for space, either when they sensed it or when we honestly communicated it. Camp Cleanliness and Comfort: The camp was incredibly clean, with a pleasant fragrance. The towels and bed linens smelled fresh and reminded us of home. The kitchen was clean and smelled good too. There is a fridge available for guests to store their food or medication, which is essential in the desert heat. The large communal tent where everyone sits and eats is spacious and remarkably clean. The way it is designed encourages guests to sit together, fostering an atmosphere where people can talk and get to know each other. Accommodation: The sleeping tents were dreamy. The bathrooms were very clean and the windows were large, offering stunning views of the desert and the nearby sand dunes. If you wake up early, the air is cool and refreshing, and the sand feels soft underfoot.

Our host Suilaman was fantastic. Before we arrived, communication was excellent and any query answered. We chose to do the half day jeep tour for sunset. And the camel ride for sunrise. Both experiences will stay with us forever. We were looked after so well and enjoyed sharing tea, freshly made, both times to watch the sun. Back at camp our meal was cooked underground in the traditional Bedouin way, it was delicious and again sharing tea under the starry sky after Perfect experience that I would highly recommend. If you come to Wadi Rum this is the one for you.

Went with our young kids and they were safe and had a great time. We all enjoyed our time exploring and having our kids experience new places. The staff were amazing with our children.

We went during a heat wave.

We were traveling as a group of friends - the family tent was the perfect match. Delicious food and an amazing night sky full of stars. We really enjoyed our trips organized by Suilaman - especially the hike at Jebel Um ad Dami. Wadi Rum is an amazing place.

We loved it so much, they were so friendly, happy & the food is amazing!! The rooms are very nice and big and the location is absolutely stunning! Nothing like I’ve ever seen!

I think we had one of the best experiences ever. We stayed with them and the camp was amazing, the place, the tranquility and all the working staff To ensure our comfort. The 4x4 desert tour was an amazing adventure, and highlighted the beauty of Wadi Rum's traditional Bedouin life. We highly recommend this resort for an unforgettable vacation in the desert!
