Wadi rum Bubble Camp & tour

Fantastic stay in a magical part of the world and our favourite stay over two weeks in Jordan. The Jr Suite with the amazing views of the desert made for a clean and charming stay which we did not want to leave. The best part was the entire staff as everyone exuded genuine kindness and warmth from check in to the jeep tours. A special group of people and we wish them the best!

Excellent camp, views and food that Ramadan, the chef, makes is amazing. You disconnect from everything being away from the other camps, we would definitely come back!

The camp is located somewhere in the Wadi Rum desert, we had a great host, Raad, he picked us up at the guest-house in the village where we could park our car, and we had a half-day private tour to many sights in the desert. They offer various packages. The tent looks authentic, but equipped with facilities according to western needs: we had toilet and hot-water shower in our room. The breakfast and dinner are traditional and very good. It was fascinating to sit around the fire in the evening and have a conversation with these people who live in the desert.

The guide-man was friendly, careful and explained well. but they promised us to do sandboard and we never did it

The location is awesome and the staff were friendly. One of the only cheaper places with a private bathroom which was great. The room was clean and spacious and the dinner was amazing!!! The accommodation price is cheap but of course this is made up by the cost of the tours but it is worth the money. Some extra things to note. Bring lots of water and maybe some snacks. Stay in contact with the property via WhatsApp. Get your driver or taxi to drop you off in the village not the visitor centre (but you have to go there to get a ticket) then the host will pick you up. We paid 40 JOD from petra to wadi rum in a taxi. There is no AC in the rooms and it is gets hot in the morning so you may want to consider what time of year you are coming. And there is no wifi haha even though the listing says there is. There is no reception at all - Bedouin style which is relaxing. ☺️ 2 nights is plenty enough.

The breakfast was average (which is surprising given how fantastic the dinner was).
