The food was good, chef was friendly, the staff was extremely friendly I really recommend this place

Dusty room, TV not working, could not get fresh towels and room refreshed on our second day

It is a beautiful venue, The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. Overall, we had a great stay.

The room we stayed in was a little smaller than expected but still comfortable. If I could recommend anything it would be that they have amenities in the rooms, even just soap in the bathrooms.

The ranch is very beautiful and so is its staff. Very helpful and they made our stay exclusive.

There could have been glasses and or mugs in the cabins. A game drive for our overseas visitors would have been nice on a weekday. However, management and staff did their best to make our stay comfortable.

The nature element.

There was no hot water on two separate mornings. Please add a kettle in the cabin rooms and tea option.

Cheap prices

Management accepted my request then stated they can't meet my request after I had paid, they refused to refund after I told them I would like to cancel since they can't meet my request. They refused to refund me. I am never booking here again, they are money hungry and don't care about your experience. I would skip this place.
