Great location, warm and comfortable.

Some of the dishes were dirty from previous guests.

Great location. Very homely cottage.

Check top of fridge, needs a good clean. Tall ppl see this. Also, replace chipped cups.

住宿地點跟停車都是方便的。

1.衛浴廁所只有一間，對於7個人要輪流共用，會非常不方便，要畫很多時間，建議房東可以在戶外陽台增建一個衛浴，這樣可以讓住客更方便。 2.用於烹煮的餐具很多都已經老舊甚至融化，應該要更新。 3.抽油煙機已經老舊，吸油煙的能力很差，煎一個牛排就可以讓煙霧偵測器警報大響，所以真的建議要更換了。 4.7個人只有6張餐椅，所以一位要想辦法站著吃飯囉。

Close to main road of Lake Tekapo Water prepared inside the fridge

- poor hygiene - Poor pest control (understood that it's in rural area, but the pest control inside the premise is horrible) - Blood stains over blankets - Suffocating bathing room design (sealed bathroom facility, steam accumulated inside) - Burnt smell over stove - Some dishes and plates are broken (sharp and easy to hurt) - Uneven ground surface (some of the wooden floor tiles are broken)

Charming place was in a great location walking distance to church and town
