The staff were polite, attentive, and always ready to help, which added to the overall comfort of the stay. The food was another highlight — fresh, tasty, and served with good variety. The resort also offers plenty of activities, making it suitable for both families and couples. Whether you're looking to unwind or have some fun, this place has a good balance of both.

one downside was the nearby railway crossing. The noise from passing trains and occasional waiting at the crossing was a bit inconvenient and slightly disturbed the otherwise calm atmosphere.

The setting was Amazing! Staff were lovely....a young gang but very friendly and happy to help with all our needs. Free kayaks and pedalos to use as you wanted, plus one of the guides took us on a back water punting sunset tour for 600inr ( about £5 for an hour). It was beautiful.....watching the sunset over Ashtamundi lake. It cost us around £20 to get a taxi to Bell farms from Thangerassey lighthouse. It involved a short ferry ride over the water too, so understandable. The day we left we got a lift to the nearby train station and got a local train up to Kochi for around £3 for 3hours, so it all evened out in the end😅. Munroe Island is truly beautiful and relaxing.....I'd recommend it to anyone.

We had to walk across the railway line to get to the venue.....it didn't say anything about that when we booked. The trains go by quite often, but thankfully it didn't keep us awake at night. Food was OK but not amazing. We were there slightly off season, so I think they weren't in full swing. Again the staff were very accommodating to all our needs.

Un site magnifiques dans la nature, hôtel attractif avec jeux, balançoire bac à corde, piscine, pédalo, kayaks etc.... Bons petits déjeuners

La habitación, súper grande y camas comodísimas (habitación familiar). Las instalaciones en general y la tranquilidad del lugar. A destacar la posibilidad de que te dejen un kayak o barco de pedales para dar un paseo por los lagos. Como curiosidad, para acceder al hotel hay que cruzar las vías del tren y puedes ver pasar trenes cada poco tiempo.

Every thing is very very good ...staff behaviour, facilities, property, food taste , cleaning, activities everything is superb , if I ll come next time definitely I will stay here, and I fully recommend this property.,😊😍 Fully Satisfied.
