Big rooms, cool environment …previous mansion for owners. The view is priceless.

Cold pool, under construction, A/C did not cool our room, restaurant closed on the first day. You can’t use the kitchen or any cooking areas even though they are in the pictures.

Property is under construction. It's very nice but loud with work being undertaken from 6am until 10pm.

This is a really remarkable Villa. The architecture is stunning and the interior design of the master suite, with its curated art and stonework, is spectacular ! We were booked into the ‘family’ suite- 2 king beds right off the main living area, and did not have use of the kitchen but the bar with the fridge & sink & coffee pot was sufficient & they let us use plates & dining utensils over there. Since the master suite was not booked, we really had the use of the entire space, and balconies.What a wonderful gift! The “restaurant “ has a lovely staff & good food but limited menu. The only reason I took away one star is because of the ongoing construction noise from the projects below & at the pool. One morning, this began with a chainsaw & wood chopping at 4 am. At the pool, the cement project was really like entertainment 😁. The location is great but the walk down the highway into town/beach is dicey and will (hopefully) be corrected by a staircase directly down once construction is completed. We had a great hike out to Colomitos beach, and it’s easy to get water taxi out to Yelapa for a day trip from Boca. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend this Villa - what a beautiful place to get away from the madness that is Puerto Vallarta! Will (hopefully) return someday when the projects are completed. Also- want to give praise to staff - thanks Felipe! And book a massage with Louisa!! I was a very happy noodle when she was done!

We had the Presidential Suite and loved its view of Boca de Tomatlan. The room was huge and clean. Lots of windows. Nice staff. Beautiful pool (there are two)

The Wi-Fi always worked but was a bit slow, maybe 15 mbps. But it was ok for our use. There is no kitchen in to room, just a coffee maker and fridge. Wine glasses and an opener but no spoons or other utensils. We asked a local restaurant for plastic spoons for our breakfast.
