"Very good but the in-house shop was excessively expensive and had limited produce."

Pretty much everything. Nice staff and facilities. Good for families wanting a quieter experience. The local eurocamp looked fun but was rammed with people. Okay if you like that sort of thing.

Local shop was expensive - go to the local Lidl instead.

Beautiful location, easy lake side walk into town, great cafe/shop. Breakfast was a big winner for us. Really friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful and kind to our young child. Heated pool was great too!

"Sustainable Lakeside Relaxation"

The accommodation was very comfortable, pristinely clean, and well equipped. The pool was a very welcome addition to our experience, although not heated as we had expected. The location along the seaside promenade allowed easy walking access to Peschiera Del Garda and the local bus service is readily accessible from the main road ~600m away, along with Lidl and EuroSpin supermarkets. The emphasis on sustainability and eco-conscious practices were sincere and practised as promised (which is not always the case).

The availability of food items in the minimart was limited, particularly fresh bakery items.

"Staff attitudes varied. Clean facilities."

Good clean facilities. Check in was disappointing. Staff member was abrupt and unhelpful. Pool was not open due to temperature outside - Kids were disappointed. Mariangela was extremely helpful the next day and very kind.
