Eco Hotel Glamping El Silencio

The view was wonderful. The calm of the surroundings. Being woken up by the birds. The bed was comfy. There was hot water in the shower. The lighting was original. Marcella was adorable. The experience was great because as we stayed there during the week we had a grzat price deal otherwise it would be far too expensive for what it is.

When your core business element is the view, the windows need to be perfectly clean so you can see through them without a spot. Although we realize that the terrain around the cabin makes it uneasy to clean those windows. There is a kind of net to go lie in outside, it s not comfortable at all.. a nice hammock would have been so much better. We were surprised there is no room cleaning every day. Although it was written in many comments we were still taken aback by the horrible condition of the track to reach rhe place. If it s been raining a lot, avoid doing it with a small regular car.. that did stop us from going out for food and unfortunately the only other option was a delivery from a town restaurant (that has bad reviews on google..we now know why). Breakfast was a bit poor definitely as it turns out that if you choose the granola you dont get fruit.. so if you dont eat eggs and yogurt, you are in trouble. We also had to discuss the invoice as we were charged more than what the delivery menu was giving out and there were extra costs for the delivery. As we had not been informed previously we didnt find it honest. Fortunately the boss agreed to correct the invoice.

Beautiful location - a perfect place to relax. El Silencio is a perfect name - the only sounds were birdsong and the evening rainfall.

Very long, rough track for access - glad that we had arranged transport through the property so that the driver knew it well.

Definitely recommend for a relaxing and private time with the nature.. the views and tranquility it’s stunning.

All was good, but definitely recommend getting food for the night as although there is couple of take away options they may take a bit long. However the staff tried their best chasing the food for us.

Incredible view, beautiful cabin, clean facilities, delicious breakfast, kind staff, quick responses from the owner. Keep in mind that this is located quite inside the mountains so it might be difficult to access the place if you don't have a car (a high one recommended) and some telco providers don't provide coverage that far.

The last day there was a problem with water pressure, so the heater wasn't working and we had to shower with cold water. Not a big deal for me but some people might find this pretty annoying.

Wonderful, peaceful place - just perfect! Beautiful details like a netted roof where you can lie and watch the night sky!
