Lovely new private caravan situated at park dean resorts ,st margerets at cliffe white cliffs kent

The park it's self was great has everything you need

The caravan was awful it was cold radiators not working windows don't shut properly as broke ants on sides table floor ect very dirty had a horrible smell inside and the steps to get in the caravan were held together with masking tape we couldn't eat in their not even shower the cupboard doors hanging off the sink is way too low same as the very tiny fridge freezer it should have stated the caravan is for wheelchair users owners need to put true pictures on had I known it was like that I would not have booked it and certainly not paid nearly £500 for few days maybe £50 at a push that's it P.s the picture of the floor is just a fraction of the ants

First impression no path up to the caravan, steps to get in were very wobbly & unsafe. Interior very tired not well kept. Sofa smelt of dog. Bedding low quality. Not worth the money very disappointed.

The caravan was clean and tidy, with a great location for day trips and hiking to the cliffs. Only a mile and a half from Dover Castle is totally worth going to see.

The only thing I didn't like was the steps to the caravan itself. Set of three steps that really need to be replaced. Made of plastic that is slightly broken. I felt very unsafe walking on them each time.

Nice and clean

Some of the window latches need attention, the stairs to front door need replacing as broken underneath making them unstable!

My family and I thought this was amazing value for money. It’s spotlessly clean, roomy and nicely decorated. Jess is a perfect host who responds quickly to enquiries. Moreover, she was incredibly kind to us when my Channel qualifying swim got pushed back and I needed a few hours extra at the accommodation. A lovely genuine host who was very easy to contact.

Nothing. It was perfect for us. The position of the caravan was perfect: quiet and in a really pretty spot. We headed down into The Bay to have dinner at The Coastguards, and took our dog on beautiful walks at The National Trust Lighthouse spot just down the road.
