The staff was friendly. Very close to the western side beach of the island, which has a great sunset.

Our bed had bed bugs! In our 3-night stay, we got bitten by bed bugs, and my partner's skin was covered with countless bites. Dealbreaker. It looks fancy and is a natural way to stay from the outside, but it is not comfortable, in my opinion. Even though AC works nonstop, it is not enough during the day.

L’établissement est agréable, très bien tenu . Le personnel est adorable et fait tout pour sue vous passiez un bon séjour . Le restaurant est très bon .

Le bruit ; évidemment qui dit tente dit peu ou pas d’isolation. Nous avons eu 2 nuits ou des hôtes indélicats et irrespectueux non pas eu le bon sens d’être discret (consignes pourtant très clair et soulignées dès votre arrivée) … réveil une fois à 4h30 par des hurlements et l’autre à 23h30 par nos voisines qui parlaient comme si elles étaient seules !

Nous avons adoré le cadre,les tentes confortables et spacieuses et propres, le mode glamping ecololodge et surtout l'atmosphère reposante et zen. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe qui nous a organisé toutes nos activités ainsi que la réservation des transferts en fast boat auprès de compagnies sérieuses. Nous conseillons vivement la cocoteraie.

I stayed 4 nights at this great hotel and really enjoyed my time. The location is peaceful and away from the crowds, yet still close enough to reach the main areas easily. The restaurant is excellent, with a fantastic smoothie in the morning and a great burger in the evening, though service was a bit slow. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-cooled, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks from the bottom of my heart to Josh and Hardy for their amazing help and care on my last day — I truly appreciate it!

Just be aware that the last 50 meters to the hotel are on an unpaved dirt road without lighting, which can make access a bit inconvenient at night. Some minor maintenance issues and very slow Wi-Fi were the only downsides. Overall, highly recommended!
