"This resort was poorly managed"

The location is close to town and easy to find. Provide transportation contact number to visit the water falls (standard and acceptable price).

Cleanliness: Rooms are not cleaned before guests arrive. Found lizard poop on bed（Room number 34） while getting ready for bed. Facility damage: Not well maintained There is no refrigerator/hair dryer in the room We booked 5 rooms, but 3 rooms suddenly ran out of power. We waited for a long time, but it still didn't get solved, and there was no explanation. A change of room was arranged after the second call.
