4 Berth with private Garden - 58 Brightholme Holiday Park Brean!

Location was perfect for dog owners, beach is 5 minutes away through the back exit of park. This beach is great for dogs as its away from roads and traffic and it's just miles of sand with a few pubs just off of it .

Caravan is a bit dated and just needs a bit of a spruce up. There is a damages deposit which is explained in the fine details under a lot of covid details , which i missed. The deposit takes 14 days to be returned. I think this should be asked for when you pay the final payment and 14 days to be returned seems a little excessive

The caravan was in a good position towards the front of the park, close to the amenities and club. Despite that, it was still very quiet which was nice. Parking was fine although it's on quite a tight road. Check-in was really quick and easy as was checkout. Literally a case of opening the lock box twice, once to retrieve the key and again to put it back. Overall, very happy with our stay and would stay again no problem.

My main fairly minor niggle would be that we only found at that bedding wasn't provided within the price until after we'd made the booking, It didn't cost much to add it on, but I think it should be made clearer before booking as all the other up front charges are. Just not listing bedding in amenities felt almost deliberately misleading. Not the end of the world, but do be aware there is an additional charge for this. Again, not a big thing but I also felt that the deposit could have been returned more quickly in this day and age of almost instant online payments.

Loved the location of the caravan just a short stroll to the shops amusements & beach. The caravan was very well equipped & had a lovely enclosed garden space to sit out & enjoy a cup of tea.

There was nothing not to like

Wasn't very happy with the caravan as there was no net curtains up so it was like being in a gold fish bowl everyone looking in at you..woken up all hours of the morning by noisy neighbours not impressed at all if your looking for a relaxing weekend avoid
