Amenities were clean, well maintained and appealing. Cabins were modern and clean, well looked after and spacious. We stayed with 2 dogs and it was very convenient and worry free in a dog friendly cabin.

Location

The staff member on our arrival was not welcoming at all. Could not even muster the decency to ask if we'd been to Bowen before, which we hadn't , or advise us of any where clise for food. He just couldn't even bother a a welcoming smile. No fly spray in cabin, as there were ants all over the cabin as soon as we walked in, even the bathroom.

Good enough bed, comfortable stay

Floors were dirty, need to wear shoes inside of you don’t want black feet, staff could use a personality tune-up
