"Exceptional"

Location is good, right opposite the beach and near a 7-11 and some great restaurants. The staff are very helpful and considerate, allowing us to change our booking after some of our party were unable to join.

Individual detached bungalows with own veranda, ours was overlooking the pool. The pool was great and the very nice beach was just over the road. Breakfast was very nice with local choices. Only a short taxi to Ao Nang but nice and quiet and much more authentic.

We did NOT like the unwillingness of the lady at the reception upon our arrival 31.1. 2026.. We have not seen the room yet, BUT ALREADY PAY IN CASH ‼️‼️‼️ This lady - is a DISGUST of this Resort ‼️‼️‼️🇨🇿🐺

Хорошее расположение,пляж через дорогу,100 м. Спокойное место,нет лишних шумов,даже дорогу практически не слышно. Маленькие домики,для двоих вполне. Есть холодильник,чайник,чайные принадлежности.

Видно,что отсутствует хозяин,а персоналу наплевать. Бассейн мутный,купаться опасно. Завтраки однотипные и невкусные,за 4 дня ни разу даже не было свежих овощей(помидоров/огурцов). Кофе-какая-то бурда,даже не понять,какой он. Блюда не подогреваются,всё холодное. В комнатах отсутствуют прикроватные тумбочки и розетки у кровати.Причём по дизайну видно,что должны быть,но сэкономили. Полотенца старые,рваные. Сетки в кондиционерах с таким толстым слоем пыли,что эти кондиционеры даже плохо работают. Подача воды-это отдельный треш.Насос подаёт воду с такими перепадами,что трудно настроить температуру. Запишем этот отель в чёрный список.

The pool wasn’t very clean, we didn’t use it for this reason, but beach across the street.
