Camping Fossalta

The camp site is small but very cosy. Located on a hill just above the lake shore. It has beautiful sunsets and nice small pebble beach. The family mobile homes are new or renovated, well equipped with beautiful gardens. Most of staff is very friendly and speaks quite some languages.

The family home was very small for the amount of people it is supposed to accommodate. They are designed as people would stay there only to sleep over not really to ‘live’ for a week or more. The rooms are tiny, you jump from the door straight into bed :). but also the common area is very small, combined kitchen dining area and living room, and impossible to accommodate 6 people at the same time on a rainy days like the days we had unfortunately. The kitchen is well equipped only one small recommendation- as it is a family bungalow it should also have children safe cutlery - we only had sharp, grill knifes, not even normal breakfast or lunch knifes. In the booking it is also mentioned amenities but there is only shower gel in the shower, I’d recommend soap at least, for the washing hands. The swimming pool was not warmed unfortunately so we couldn’t swim. There were no activities, nor indoor spaces for the kids to play on a rainy day. The site is close to Gardaland and Movieland, very convenient but also noisy as you hear the screaming from the people on the rollercoasters… we also had quite some noise from the campsite next door which started with the evening program incl kids disco (🙈) at 20:30 in the evening.
