Property in need of significant upgrade. There was a strong mouldy smell stains on carpet, toilet slow to flush. The only positive was the comfy bed.

While the room furnishing are old, when I walked in it smelled clean . Fresh white bedding and super nice white towels. Comfortable bed and very clean bathroom. Wonderful quiet sleep. Thank you

Clean, old school, charming motel and cottages. Room was huge, parking right in front of room. Price was great in June. Not modern, but that's the charm. Has the feel of a campground cabin. I would definitely stay here again. The location is good after getting off the ferry, a bit far from Charlottetown. It's good for exploring this side of the island

Young man at front desk didn't seem to know much about the area for recommendations. Seemed distracted. Woman in the morning was lovely.
