The facilities are absolutely amazing. Not extremely clean but it is glamping either way.

The staff, even though available, they kept forgetting our orders. We were supposed to start at 3, and the dome was not ready until 6. Jacuzzi was no inflated. Water from the shower was cold.

Immersed in nature's splendor, our tent was the perfect blend of comfort and wilderness. Tranquil surroundings, stunning views, and warm hospitality made our stay truly special. A magical night under the stars, roasting marshmallows over a BBQ and sharing laughter with loved ones. The romance was palpable!

Exactly how it looked in pictures, beautiful, comfortable, and clean. Great staff willing to help with anything you need. Even helped us get the bonfire started. Beautiful nature surrounds the place. I loved the view from the shower and they had hot water! It was a fun and really nice experience. Some reviews said the mosquitos got in the room but we didn't have any issues with that.

I wish the jacuzzi could get a little hotter. Breakfast was a little different from how it was described on the menu. Hot chocolate arrived cold, but that might be because they had to delay bringing the breakfast for my last-minute request. The food was good only thing we didn't like was the morcilla. I love morcilla but this one didn't taste good.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful and intimate place. You can ask for food until 8:00 p.m. since there is a restaurant just a few mins to the property.

Sometimes, during the day It's a bit hot to stay inside, i would add a fan.
