So welcoming and milkshake bar not far for you to get a little snack which highly recommend. Great reception for Middle of no where not far from supermarkets and town centre.
The place has two huts but only shows pictures of one and the scenes are very different thought was getting the one in the woods but got one in the field. Electric fence didn’t work so animals were in and out which I didn’t mind just gets a bit Messy and overgrown bushes by the tub caused endless amount of wasps Which I have a unhealthy phobia of.
GBOur stay at Somerset Shepherd Huts was wonderful! The hosts were very friendly, the hut itself was very well equipped & in a lovely spot, and the surroundings were just gorgeous. We especially loved meeting all the sheep, turkeys, geese & chickens they have on site! We can't wait to visit again in the future!

GBThis was our first stay in a shepherds hut and it was superb! The bed was really comfortable and the wood fired hot tub was a lovely bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend!

GBlovely hosts, great secluded location and top level shepherds hut. The wood fired hot tub really makes it worth the trip and the hut itself is finished to a top quality level. Free range animals were great and the location means you really feel in nature.
The lack of a decent pub nearby means you need to take everything you need for a night in. This isn’t a problem, as the hut has all you need for just that, just ensure you come prepared with food and wine.
