Location to club house was good , location to Skegness good Nice site easy access to surrounding areas

Dated caravan with really bad smell in lounge area . Not sure if it’s because it’s had pets in it or just old and musty . Electric blew twice although man on phone was helpful .

Location-apart from being next to a very busy unit(a laundry business I think) which people were talking very loudly early in the morning (when it was still dark so very early)

The Caravan just felt a bit “ grubby “ my partner had to sit on a towel as the seating was very worn and felt sticky and dirty .no mattress protector on our bed-as much as we was told it had been cleaned I don’t think it had, no smells of cleaning products that you would expect, dirty washing sponge left on the sink this caravan is very tired and in need of refreshing

Good location.. value for money... on site entertainment. Easy check in and to fetch a hold of the owners when assistance was needed

When we arrived there was no electricity then and this continued all day the electricity was clicking off constantly then after they are coming to check apparently an it was all down to a plug that we had only plugged in at 10:30 that evening even tho it was happening all day previously to the plug not being plugged in but that was what they blamed it on very poor communication as I asked to speak to the owners and wasn’t passed number over and still waiting we lost food due to this electricity fault and they didn’t want to take the blame even tho the family that where next door said previous people that stayed before us it was happening to as well and to top it off we had to clean it before we used anything the grease and the floor was filthy

I have emailed and text the company with my complaint and all I got back in return is a short rude email. The caravan was not the same as advertised and the cleanliness was below par. I have photos to prove this.
