Firehouse Campground

Rocki, the park host was amazing! She made you feel so welcome especially when we arrived a tab bit early. She was friendly to us and made us feel right at home within the campground. She was hard at work making sure that our stay was pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!!!

No coffee pot in room or near by... e.i. walking distance. A short drive to the Conoco solved that issue though. Other than that there was no problem with any of the camping amenities

Location, and was clean and peaceful.

Initially, our room smelled pretty smokey and I was concerned about having to stay in it. Host was agreeable to trading out the room however, somehow that fell through after I told her the kids sat on a bed, but did nothing more. Host believed that the smoke- smell was from campsites below, which may be true. Rooms were clean and cute so we stayed anyway. The smell seemed to dissipate through our first night there. The “shared bathrooms” were shared with other campground guests instead of between the two bedrooms I ordered, which is true of most campgrounds anyway, but not what I had expected. They were very clean and good to use. Kids enjoyed playing in the little creek below and there is a very short walk to the Firehouse Brewery/restaurant next door. Very good food and drink there and kids played a very competitive game of Corn Hole.

Camp host was super friendly and accommodating.

We loved it. It was beautiful and the view was perfect for us.
