Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. People traveling to Colombia with children under 18 years of age are required to present the child's birth certificate and a photo ID (passport for international guests) during check-in. If the visitor is a relative or legal guardian of the child, a notarized consent of travel signed by both parents must be presented, along with photocopies of their IDs. If only one parent is traveling with their child, a notarized travel consent signed by the absent parent must be presented. Visitors planning to travel to Colombia with children should consult with the Colombian consulate prior to travel. Please note that when booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The credit card holder must be the same person as the holder of the reservation. As per Colombia´s tax law, only tourists who have a Permit of Entry and Permanence, tourist permit category PT before PIP-3, or PIP-5, or PIP-6, or PIP-10 are exempt from paying 19% IVA; or visa type V (Visitor) before Visa TP-11 or TP-12 or visa type M (Migrant) before TP -7 or visa type R (Resident). At the time of check-in at the hotel, the corresponding stamp or visa must be shown.
