Gower Pods

Everything was so good: host, animals (ducks and chickens), neighbors, a little town down, shops, and food everywhere. And fabulous nature around. Sitting relaxed in a chair watching a lovely sunset. The toilet and shower are very clean. A little kitchen was clean too and lots of nice kitchen staff.

The toilet shower, and WI-FI are a bit far from the rooms.

Fine for us but a steep walk to the toilet so bear this in mind if you are not as mobile!

The pods are beautiful, and Katie and Liam are so helpful and welcoming. There are just the two pods so it felt very private and magic, with fairy lights up the path and around the pods. Katie has thought of everything you might forget and has it all on hand, plus a, wealth of knowledge of places to visit nearby. The chickens and ducks were a wonderful bonus! I had a wonderful few days and will definitely be going back.

The kitchenette, toilet and shower are really thoughtfully set out, but they are small and up a steep path from the pods , so if you have any mobility problems you may find it a problem. They were perfectly fine for me though.

Lovely hostess, fab setting & view. Everything was thought of, to heater, headtorch & hairdryer in the cabin. Really pretty inside. Loved the little kitchen & ducks & chickens wandering about. Great to have a fire pit for warmer evenings

Bit too steep ( 22 steps & a slope / walk) to the loo & shower / car. We walk with sticks so unfortunately had to check out a day early. Highly recommended for able bodied though

The location couldn't have been better. Sitting at the garden table with a beer watching the Sun go down. Glorious! The couple who run the Pods were lovely and couldn't be more helpful! Thank you Katie and Liam

Only stayed 2 nights would've like longer!!

This place is superb, our second time staying and we will definitely be back.

Lovely quiet location

I had the most wonderful week staying at the Gower Pods and exploring the breath-taking Gower peninsula. The pods are located in such a beautiful garden that overlooks the estuary. One of the highlights of the stay was watching the sunset while toasting some marshmallows on the firepit! Katie is the most friendly and hospitable host I have ever met! So much so, that I felt I'd made a new friend by the end of my trip! :-) It was lovely getting lots of recommendations for places a little bit more off the beaten track and meeting all of the animals onsite! I'm going to miss my little sous chef chickens helping me oversee the bbq!

Lovely pods in private garden setting. Katie was very welcoming and friendly. Very clean facilities. Although steep, pathways are well lit and easy to get up and down! Location is great as a gateway to the Gower Peninsula, the recommendations made by the host were spot on and some lovely unspoilt beaches to explore.
