The Observatory - Panoramic Sea Views - Beach 100m

Just a fantastic appartment! Amazing views, lovely decor, modern working appliances, lovely shower, super comfortable beds, quiet at night, fantastic location.

Doorways were a bit low for tall people ie a 6 foot 2 husband! Slightly tricky steep last few steps on the stairwell to get to the front door.

I couldn’t believe the view when I opened the door, breathtaking! So clean inside, absolutely everything you might need it was there. So cozy and warm, town centre is only 5 minutes away, parking in front of the apartment but a bit difficult to find a parking spot(totally understandable). We’ve been a handful of times in St. Ives but by far this was the best place we’ve been. Train station just few minutes away, actually you can see it from the window.

Internet speed is a bit poor but it’s the same with 4/5G when going outside.

The property had a lovely view and was close to the train station.

The stairs to access the flat were very steep and in my opinion dangerous. The upkeep of the property wasn’t as good as the photos made out. There was mould on the shower ceiling, wallpaper/paint hanging of the 2nd bedroom, stained carpets and a water stain on the living room floor.

The cleanliness, amenities, comfort and location of Seascape were all perfect. My son and his fiancée came for a few days and they loved it too. Great views of Portminster beach, St Ives Bay and beyond were stunning.

Liked everything.
