Great value for money. Couldn’t ask for a better service and attentions from Najib, incomparable. The best tips and advice, made us truly feel like we were at our own home in Errachidia. He can communicate clearly in Spanish, English, Italian and French. Hope to come back again!

A surprise when the plain exterior opens up to a beautiful family home built by the host's grandfather, just like the photos. Nice to be able to safely park our car inside their yard. An authentic glimpse of small town Moroccan family life where they have outdoor cats, chickens, vegetable fields, fruit trees, and bee hive (on the roof).. Friendly host who speaks multiple languages. He and his wife live in the spacious home along with their four daughters, his mother and sister. Bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were large, breakfast very good. We borrowed two bicycles to ride into town to explore the merkad (market) and have dinner

Location is at the edge of town, not as convenient if you don't have a car. Bathroom was on the other side of the house, best to have a flashlight if you need to get up in the middle of the night. Earplugs useful to block out sounds of barking dogs at night.

Our host was very friendly and gave us a lot of great tips for the upcoming days. The place is nice and clean.

Because we visited in January and the place doesn't have great heating it was pretty cold during the night.

I loved the hotel and location is perfect, next to the dunes. The pool is cool and functional. The dinner and breakfast at the hotel was good. They organise desert safari on camel as well as quad biking. The reception man Younis is super helpful and humourous, I was by myself and I had an interesting conversation with him about the region. I highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Merzouga.

The WiFi was a bit slow.
